Its time for a giveaway!! My darling pal Jessica, head of Lonely Moonchild on Etsy, where she sells her handmade wrapped crystal necklaces, and amazing thrifted vintage pieces. She is so graciously offering one lucky reader the chance to win her clear quartz pendant that is hand wrapped by her using cotton. I love everything to do with crystals, minerals, gemstones, and clear quartz is known to be a pwoerful amplfying and healing with a rich history. This is also the first of hopefully many interviews I am starting with beloved bloggers, artists, healers, and friends. Read on for a little interview with Jessica, her passion for gemstones and vintage and what heals her and then and enter to win her beautiful piece
I have always had a passion for vintage clothing, primarily from the 60s and 70s, groupie chic, Woodstock goer, Carefree and easy.
5 Things that Heal me...
+Finding crystals- I love finding crystals to use in my necklaces, you just get the right vibrations from the ones that want to be bought! I use a variety of crystals. I try to use a lot of clear quartz because it is an all purpose healer and amplifies the thing you are trying to better. Personally I love smokey quartz, moonstone and amethyst. You just know when you are drawn to a crystal you shouldn't force it, almost like the people in your life.
+Vintage hunting- I love thrifting, especially when it is successful! It is like finding buried treasure!
+Yoga- I love doing yoga and I go to my local studio about 3 times a week and being a calming space and being able to let go feels great because my mind is constantly on overload. Shout out to Metta Yoga of Dubois!
+A cup of tea- as simple as it is, the preparation of a cup of tea is almost like mediation. Getting it just right and focusing only on the tea itself!
+My room- it is like my little oasis, being 23 and still living at home is hard, especially when you are trying to find a job and make your way in life, I can just retreat to my little den, light some incense and relax.
People who have inspire/d me...
I am inspired by so many!! Pattie Boyd, Jenny Boyd and many other English models of the 60s, Anita Pallenberg, Grace Slick, and so many more! I can't even think right now!
In 5 years I want to....I want to be happy and living dreams. I would love to own my store and I hope this business evolves into a career, I couldn't ask for more!
